Foxconn (Apple Supplier) plans to invest upto $1 billion in India





A big boost to domestic manufacturing in the country reports say that Apple's supply of Foxconn is now planning to invest up to 1 million dollars to expand a factory in the southern part of the country where the Taiwanese contract manufacturer assembles its.

Foxconn splined investment in the plant near Chennai where Apple's iPhone 10 RS already made will take place over the course of the next three years.

 

Some of Apple's other iPhone models made by Foxconn in China will be made at this plant.
